Misty from endless turnabouts,

Escaped from chirper’s neighbourhood umbrageous,

Ready to sing as openly loquacious,

Chickee fills arvo’s air with tune bubbly bright—

As it fancies freedom whence it does alight. ; )

Here on fishable pond of brilliant blue,

Searches our heron of similar hue,

Having ceased seas of cerrado’s lean scene,

Hoping for hits of the aquamarine,

Where stories tell of a waiting allure,

Where waders find gems piscine as azure. ; )
