Seasons ago, they bloomed as bright—

Cheered by chirps, uplifted by light.

Now, their chapter limns scene of white

Per mute exode to story’s night. ; )

Where Scottish nymph of pond did soak

With sea salts freshing over-cloak,

As coggie baptised face and locks

‘Fore quenching thirst same maid of lochs,

Nessie plopped to request shared sips,

Wise fairy’s fountain cured chapped lips.

Graced, beast offered reciprocate—

A ride on guide-of-tide’s upside—a maid-latched-on-monster first date. ; )

Flocking together, ducks of a hen ken dash and dance for that which is proffered by shore’s hands, congregating not so much due to their shared plumage palettes, but, rather, because of an inveterate drive to break bread by lake stead ‘fore drakes fed. ; )

Upon her periplus, there appeared countless scenes of note—

Awes of vivid milieus for each of captain, mate, and boat.

Free of camera, pad, and even drive to memorize,

She would simply breathe sea’s horizons—lit by heaven’s eyes. ; )
