Before hiding where she could stare

At answer to her tumbly bare—

Where like a circle-squarer’s dare,

She solved the query with fine flair,

Drawing a plan to enter lair—

With Patch up-snatching snacks by pair. ; )

Last round of trees had been left to the curb weeks ago, but Noomi’s Charlie-Brown branch still held pertinent purpose as, even in its untrimmed state, she could see it covered in cranreuch amidst company of chilled carols—a visage that salved a part of her that felt emptier most months of the year. ; )
