26.December.24

Where wolves play

Near some hay,

They sing-say,

β€œMares eat oats

And does eat oats

And little lambs eat ivy…”

Alas, re a mutton glutton a-huntin’,

The sheepdog will bark at you

With the farmer too, who

Suffers from cyanthropyβ€”woo! ; )

25.December.24

When branches have been trimmed not by family’s kin,

But by furious claws of a humbug-grinch cat,

Just ask with a blink, wink, and sneeze once and again:

Santa will send mini-kitty tree MD stat.

She works just for pandoro crumbs from dessert’s din

And a light pinky-finger pat under her hat.

After prunes, balms, and some re-decor are all fin,

Relax and enjoy your new Christmas friends with grat. ; )

24.December.24

Where merry goes round:

Ornaments with orbits,

Snow structures,

Grace’s held hands,

Bowl of frumenty,

Scarfy-scarf hugs,

Baking bites,

Child’s play way,

Charity cans carrying change,

Couched company,

Halos over humilities,

Tinselling trees,

And,

Of course,

When carols sell a la carousel. ; )

23.December.24

Carol’s feline has arrived bearing bestest mews:

She will lead Jingle Cats’s plygain from the pews.

Some do say such songs sound just like the ones for heat,

But, then, bloke in cloak deems they merit each a treat.

β€œMeow, where are pat-pets and fresh catnip for my paws.?”

β€œOh, that time’s almost here, my merry Kitty Claus!” ; )
