Daisy’s petals dream of paddles towards the open sea.

For stuck in soil invokes envy and a desire to be free.

Pertinacious bloom hears not reminders of its state.

Up-sides sunny, searching for paths to a newfangled fate.

A water thief, then, ashores as terra firma is so sought.

Smile planted to the sky meets one ready for a novel plot.

Bounty left by village fence is traded less a silver bowl.

First mate is now a flower, whose outlook led right to her goal.

Sail ever towards harmony, but also keep a safely home.

Lighthouse ports a break from ventures in both waves and foam.

Skipper chisels, in the bossage, lady who set his life anew.

Fragile to frieze. Lost to found. Always hope. More so, though, always do. ; )
