Is there a safe place? A protective bubble? An invisible coat? If not, how is sinew grown in order to survive the elements of toxicity and pollution?
For every prune and primp by the Nice Nelly there exists the threat of a grumphie’s rooting and rummaging disturbing the planted peace.
While comfort may lie within the curtilage, including a decent windowed view, growth needs the freedom of space and air even if amidst dangers both perceived and real.
Strength as allurement cannot remain isolated; only by brightening the darker neighborhoods via exposure and engagement can profundity of identity be earned. : )
