The first day is always the nicest day for instauration as it is easily remembered as the starting point of what will, it is hoped, be a both lasting and strengthening experience. Sometimes, staying away from the fete allows the soul to see, in a clearer view, that which is truly deserving of celebration: awareness and love of the self. May each day of the new present either a qualtagh who inspires or a soul that benefits from the other side of the encounter. Perspectives that allow us to see the brilliance in all of life’s pointillism, from the smallest joys to macrocosmic splendors, allow us to live each day as a first day.
